How It Works!

We have lots of fun equipment we regularly provide for free at various fairs, fetes, fun days and charitable events.

We do have some requirements that have to be met though before we can turn up for free.

• How many years has the event been established? Or is this a new event?
• Can you give an estimate of attendance? (based on previous year's attendance)
  
• Where will the event be advertised and do you have any promotional material you can send us?
• What is the start/finish time of the event?
• Will there be other similar attractions at the event?
• Are there any other similar/large public events on the same day?
• Is there access to power?

We have to consider whether we think we can cover our costs as our equipment can be very lengthy to set up/breakdown and we also have to pay our team for their time.

Providing we cover all our costs, we donate 10% to the charity/school from any profits made – if we are the exclusive provider of the entertainment then we give a donation of 20%. Should we turn up for free and not cover our costs, there would be no charge to yourselves for the hire but we would probably need to supply the equipment next time on a pay to hire basis.
