Covid-19 Hire Information
In line with Government guidelines, we are happy to announce we are able to hire our bouncy castles and inflatables once again. For the safety of our customers and ourselves, we have enhanced our health, safety and hygiene procedures even further. The additional hire terms must be adhered to so we can ensure safe and responsible hire:
- Access must be clear with any gate to be opened prior to our arrival
- Please respect social distancing of at least 2 metres at all times whilst we are in your garden, especially when we are pointing out the safety guidelines for inflatable play
- If an outdoor socket isn't available, then your own extension lead will need to be plugged in and left outside for us to plug into prior to our arrival. Alternatively, we may need to enter your house to plug in our own extension lead if you do not have one - social distancing will be observed
- A deposit payment must be made online to confirm your booking and the remaining balance must be settled online prior to the day of the delivery to avoid unnecessary contact
- You must agree to our terms and conditions online prior to the hire as these won't be signed on a paper copy as we usually do - this is to avoid unnecessary contact
- We advise users of the inflatable to wash their hands prior to use and to repeat this regularly throughout the hire period
- Please leave the castle inflated for collection as we will need to clean it before packing it away. Please also ensure that the inflatable and garden is clear of people for the specified collection time to avoid any unnecessary contact
- You must inform us if upon booking if anyone in your household has had symptoms of Covid-19 in the past 14 days
- If any member of the household start to develop symptoms of Covid-19 during the hire period, then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must be informed of this immediately.
Additional Safety Measures:
- Our delivery drivers will wear personal protective equipment, (gloves and masks) to minimise contact with the equipment. These items will be replaced for each delivery
- Once set up the castle will be sprayed with professional antiviral disinfectant to ensure that it is safe for your use. Please allow 5 minutes for it to dry completely
- The inflatable will be disinfected again upon collection and then after collection left in storage for a minimum of 3 days before being cleaned thoroughly ready for hire again
- Our vehicle and storage unit has been thoroughly sanitised

We will make every effort possible to ensure safe and responsible hire - however, we cannot accept liability for any illness or injury and the use of the inflatable remains the responsibility and decision of the hirer.
We are in no way encouraging or promoting large social gatherings or parties. The hire of the inflatable is intended for use by the household only and to keep children entertained whilst the restrictions are in place.
